Are Imaging 411 technicians certified on all equipment?
Yes, many of our technicians are ex employees of the manufacturers and have been trained and certified by the manufacturers. All of our techs are also internally trained and certified on the equipment we offer support on.
Is Imaging 411 authorized by the manufacturers?
Some manufacturers, such as Kodak do not authorize any 3rd party service providers to offer service on their equipment. This is done to minimize your service options and ensure you pay their higher prices.
Is Imaging 411 service as good as the manufacturers?
We believe it is, actually we believe we're better, which is why we offer a Risk Free Guarantee for our customers so they can opt out of our contracts if they are not satisfied with the quality of our service. Even the manufacturers aren't willing to offer that to their customers. .
