Imaging 411 makes it easy for you to request service on your covered equipment 24/7 via phone, e-mail and our website. All calls are logged and responded to within 1 hour. Our friendly Held Desk staff will help diagnose your problem and let you know when someone will be on-site if necessary

Time and Materials On-site Service Calls

------------------------------------


An alternative to On-Site Maintenance contracts for hardware not critical to your business. Response is best effort and often occurs within two business days of placing the call. Response time is dependant on our workload as our Annual Service Contract customers do receive priority.

Advance Unit Replacement (AUR) Contracts

------------------------------------


Imaging 411 will overnight ship a replacement scanner directly to you if the Imaging 411 AUR contract covered scanner is diagnosed as defective by one of our certified technicians. AUR contracts include all shipping and insurance costs to ship the new unit and return the defective unit to us. AUR contracts are not available on all scanners, please call for additional details.

Depot Repair Services

Available for smaller items of hardware that are easily shipped via small package carrier. Depot repair services are generally less expensive than an on-site time and material service call but usually not as fast since depot repair requires shipping the item to and from Imaging 411. Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs to ship the scanner both ways.

Installation and Relocation Services

Imaging 411 offers installation and relocation services to ensure that your equipment is set up correctly and productive right from the start. All installation and relocation services are provided by certified technicians who are trained to ensure the proper packing, unpacking and set up of your equipment.

Operator Training Services

Imaging 411 offers operator training services conducted by our certified technical trainers to work with your operations staff to ensure they are familiar with all the features and options of your scanning equipment. Training services all your operators to be more efficient and productive with your scanning equipment and easily offsets the cost of the training.
